Downtown puts Jaguars football, Jumbo Shrimp baseball, and arena sports close together. UNF is the choice for Sporting JAX soccer and Ospreys games. Jacksonville University and Edward Waters add college games in other parts of town.
Downtown games and food
EverBank Stadium, VyStar Ballpark, and VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena share the sports complex. That Bar at the Arena is across from the arena and ballpark. EverBank means a longer walk. Cowford Chophouse is farther west in Downtown, so make it a separate part of the outing.
The Jaguars have reduced stadium capacity in 2026 and play away from Jacksonville in 2027. Use the team's current event location and arrival guidance when making plans.
Soccer and college games
Hodges Stadium hosts Sporting JAX men and women and North Florida soccer. Culhane's Southside and Time Out Beach Boulevard are off-campus drives for food and TV viewing.
